Rotary club of Chennai Korattur jointly with Korattur Eri Protection group, kick started the Korattur lake restoration work by removing Karuvelam trees inside the lake as initial process on 9th June 2019. Rotary club of Chennai Korattur planned to raise the funds for this Noble cause and may seek from Rotary International too. Volunteers are requested to participate in this restoration work physically, financially as well as morally.
